Captains Bio

Capt. Dave- a lifetime angler, born and raised in Pittsburgh always had a magnetic pull to the saltwater. Through good fortunes he was often able to fish in the lower florida keys during school breaks with his father. Who was also an avid flats and tarpon fisherman.

Not long after graduating from college he moved to Southwest Florida in 2009. Ever since then he has religiously fished the waters from Pine island to the Marquesas and beyond.

Living in Southwest Florida for over a decade in Bonita Springs, FL he is perfectly situated fishing both the waters surrounding Captiva and Sanibel, and the waters just to the south inside the Everglades National Park. 

When he is not fishing locally on a charter he is trying to master every aspect of fly fishing. That brings him traveling to as many destinations across the globe with a fly rod in hand.
